DriveLaw Consultancy ("we", "us", "our") is a road traffic accident claims and motor insurance consultancy based at 51 Cunnery Rd, Manchester, M60 3TB. These terms govern our relationship with anyone instructing us to act on a claim or enquiry.
We advise on and manage road traffic accident claims, vehicle damage and write-off disputes, personal injury claims, and related motor insurance matters. The specific scope of work for your case will be confirmed in writing before we proceed.
Where a claim is handled on a no-win, no-fee basis, the applicable success fee will be set out clearly in your client care letter before any work begins. Where fixed or hourly fees apply, these will also be confirmed in advance in writing.
We will act with reasonable skill and care in handling your matter. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law and any applicable professional indemnity cover in place at the time.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
